Creating slides.
Using layouts.

Text
Choosing text layout.
Entering, editing, formatting and re-sizing text.
Cut, copy and paste.
Spelling checks and changing case.
Bullet points and numbered lists.

Graphics
Creating and editing different types of graphic object:
lines, rectangles, ellipses, arcs etc.
Creating diagrams using SmartArt.
Using Clip Art and inserting graphic files from other sources.

Object Manipulation
Fine-tuning drawn objects in your presentation.
Using rulers and grids.
Setting and copying object attributes.

Saving & Retrieving
Securing your work.
Saving and retrieving files.
Organising work directories.
Removing old or unwanted files.

Charts
Creating and formatting different chart types including bar charts, pie charts and organisational charts.
